How Do I Place An Order?

Payment and Shipping

Forms of payment include credit card and PayPal. Currency is shown in US dollars (USD). I ship worldwide. Please allow 10-14 business days for standard shipping. Tracking numbers are available on all shipments. I am not responsible for any package that is undeliverable. Therefore, it is recommended that you enter your phone number upon checkout in the event the mail delivery service needs to contact you.

Returns

Refund policy: Each piece is an original one-of-a-kind hand made piece of art. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

Your information is considered strictly confidential. I do not sell your name/contact information to any third party lists. Any information you receive from us, including emails, blog updates and special offers is because you opted in to our subscriber list. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Duties/Taxes/Customs

Before ordering please be aware that some countries may charge additional fees when clearing customs. I do not pay, nor are responsible for any additional fees that may incur upon delivery.

Lisa Schouten is a mixed media artist originally from Long Island, New York now living in Pepperell, Massachusetts.
